1533 CORE Fall 2026-Spring 2027

Our Core Program is the foundation for all the fun, excitement and learning that happens on the fields. AYSO is best known for our Core Program – it’s where the large majority of kids fall in love with soccer and make memories that will last a lifetime. Our Core Program, for Membership Year (MY) 2026, runs Fall 2026 thru Spring 2027.

There are six core values – or what we call AYSO’s Six Philosophies – that are the foundation of our Core Program: Everyone Plays, Balanced Teams, Open Registration, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship and Player Development. These are the essence of AYSO and it all starts with Everyone Plays.

Here in AYSO, Everyone Plays means that no kid spends their soccer experience sitting on the bench. Every kid plays at least half of every game.

Also, teams are put together in a way that makes playing soccer about the experience, not wins or losses. It’s not about blowing out another team with an unbelievable score. It’s about sportsmanship and learning to be the best possible team mate and opponent. Developing players is what we’re about, because soccer skills and life skills go hand in hand. AYSO’s main purpose is to get kids on the field, provide them with positive coaches, and teach them to play soccer.

( ayso9r.org ) IF YOU ARE NOT PLACED ON A TEAM AFTER TRYOUTS, YOU CAN COME BACK HERE AND REGISTER FOR CORE (EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT WILL RUN THRU JUNE 15th).

AYSO runs on volunteer power! This means registered volunteers run the local AYSO programs... from the board, to the referees, to the coaches... everyone is a volunteer donating their time to make AYSO successful and accessible for the families in our community. Because of this - we need YOU! What better way to invest in your child's passion for soccer and in the community you live in?

Membership Year (MY) 2026 Registration
Early Bird Registration ($10 Discount) May 4, 2026 thru June 15, 2026.
Open Registration June 16, 2026 through August 1, 2026.
Late Registration after August 1, 2026 - we cannot guarantee a spot on a team, and registration may default to a Waitlist.
When registering your child for MY 2026, you are committing them to play on a team in Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
UNIFORMS
Uniforms are ordered by the Parent, and are separate from the Registration. After registering, watch for a follow-up email with Uniform Ordering information.

AYSO NEW AUGUST 1ST AGE DETERMINATION
Starting with the 2026/2027 season, AYSO is changing to an August 1st cutoff date for age determination to align with school-year, rather than calendar-year, age groups. A player's division is now based on their age on August 1st of the Registration year, ensuring alignment with school-grade peers.

Refunds
Refund Policy for Region 1533 (effective 5/1/2018)
A refund (registration amount less the non-refundable $25 National Fee and any related Credit Card processing fees) will be given for the current playing season if your child has:
- Not participated in any practices
- Not played in any games

No partial or prorated refunds will be issued. No refund will be given after the start of the fall season.

Please include the following information : Your name, your child's name, their age division, and the amount you paid at registration.
Checks will be mailed to the address on the player's registration form. Written requests are required for checks to be mailed to addresses other than the address of record.

How to register:
1-Click the "REGISTRATION" button in the upper right hand corner of the page
2- Add Your information (parent/Guardian)
3- Add your Player(s) information
4-Click on the available programs
5- Don't forget to volunteer
6- Pay by credit card
7-You will receive an email confirmation. This is your receipt. You will receive a second email, that will include instructions on ordering your uniform kit, so please watch for that!

Request Policy

Player Request:
1. All players in the same age group, will be placed on the same team
2. All volunteers may have one player request
* Requests are honored ONLY as listed above
* No player requests are accepted after team building has begun, with the exception of siblings
* Coach requests are not part of AYSO policy and therefore will NOT be honored. We respect and love all of our coaches, so we know there are amazing experiences to be had with each one.

Player transfers

How to Transfer your player to our region:

Please email the registrar with your child's name, age and the region you are transferring from.

***After July 15th we cannot guarantee we will have room for you child even though you have registered and paid in another region.
Our teams are created around the number of players we have registered during our registration time (May-July) We do leave openings for late registrations but those spots do fill up quickly.

If you know you will need to do a transfer please do it asap.
